Day Twenty-One

Idea totally stolen from Etsy homepage but I changed the material at least. Consider it an homage. We used some of them for dinner too!

Day Twenty

The true love came home and I felt happy but unenergetic to say the least..

Day Nineteen

This one is a little bit of a make up since I was not feeling very motivated that day. Oops. This was a collaboration and many of the pics were so fun I just threw a bunch in! We started with hearts and then kind of went from there. Thanks go out my fellow bean and seed artists!

Day Ten

Oops! We are a little late due to a busy week and onset of illness. Better late than never!

Today's offering, fresh from the broiler!

Often people use this phrase to mean angry words, but I this case, I just mean passionate.  And I can also say that I've never so enjoyed eating my words as I did on this occasion.

Mmmm, meaty hearts!  Some look a little more like pretzels, perhaps connoting the puzzling nature of the heart.

Day Five

Inexplicably I got out of bed at 6:30 AM yesterday and the true love emerged around 7:30. We decided to redeem our gift certificate to Bette's and headed down to Fourth Street. We were not alone! We had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. After deliciousness was done we walked around, killing time before the stores opened. Some art was done, some nature collected, and much was observed. Then we shopped and I was inspired and have many ideas for projects to come...

Beautiful spring blossomed tricked by the warm weather.

The sun was very warm and low in the sky.

Guess who decided add lettering? These are our blog initials!

I even found love in the air (kind of)! And so Day Five concluded early for me.
We came back to spy and see if anyone was looking. Three sets of people walked over without seeing, and when we went back it looked like this.
That night our friend was enjoying the pithy sayings of the true love so he wrote them up for her to take home.

Day Four

Hunca Munca is a studio cat at heart and has been friendlier than ever as we sit in the art room making stuff.

Yummy breakfast!
